Plaza uses a dual-source trust gateway: you sign in with GitHub and LinkedIn, anchoring identity to both your work graph and your career graph. A Trust Score is then composed from verified activity — real commit history and ownership evidence — not self-declared claims.

How does matching work?

Plaza matches collaborators by meaning, not keywords, using semantic embeddings of skills, projects and needs. Every recommendation comes with a human-readable Match Reason — no match is ever shown without explaining why.

Will Plaza spam my inbox?

No. Contact is controlled — it can only be initiated through a structured collaboration request, and raw contact details are never exposed. It is built to eliminate cold-DM spam.
